"This company does not deserve to be in business."
Pros: 1 month since I bought it and I still can't get music from the server to my iPod.
Cons: Support sucks. Product sucks. Software is worse than that.
Summary: All I wanted was a networked hard drive. Instead I have something that gets in the way of everything I want to do. Came with no CD. No way to download setup software. Wait for it to come in the mail. Configuration was a nightmare. Now it works with the PC, but iPod just tells me about the music and won't play it. I have spent hours make that days on this piece of crap.
