Cons: hardware from usb device breaks very easily, then you have to send the device into lacie, and in my case get a refurbished model of the same type, and then have that model break too.
honesty, the usb 3.0 connection is extremely fragile.Summary: the service people at lacie are nice, but that's about all the good i can say about this product. please DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!!
