    "excellent product" on by Markjchambers

    Pros: bus-powerd, Firewire800

    Cons: can't think of a bad thing to say.

    Summary: This is the best external hard drive I've seen so far. I'm using it with the Fire800 port on a powerbook. Got a 120 gB unit on-line for $199. Excellent performance, no power cord. What more could you ask for in portable storage?

    I guess I'm wondering why so many references are being made to using Customer Support phone service which costs. What kind of issues are happening? Software uninstall & reinstall problems?
