"easy to us and great tech support"
Pros: I bought the unit even after I read some of the poor reports by a few of the people, including one report that it will not work on a dell computer. I have a dell and I have had no problems

Pros: fantanstic, backed up 60gb in 2 hours, so easy to use and so fast

"Great for setup and forget backups"
Pros: Very good solution for backups
Cons: Backup software included not very good. I use Microsoft backup included in Windows XP Pro and the scheduler, which works very well with the unit.
