"easy to us and great tech support"
Pros: I bought the unit even after I read some of the poor reports by a few of the people, including one report that it will not work on a dell computer. I have a dell and I have had no problems
Cons: none so far
Summary: I normaly don't like adding things to my computer that could cause problems afterwards. I read the reviews that some of the readers had about maxtor one touch2 and was hesitant about buying it. I finally did buy it on 6/6/05 from staples that had a sale for $215.00 and installed it on my dell computer using the new software that maxtor recommended and had no problems. I had to call their tech support to answer a few questions and they were great. I am 67 years old and a cautious computer user and certainly not an expert. I absolutely agree with the publishers review....Saul
