The Memorex Mega TravelDrive is a novel combination of large capacity and tiny size, but it's just that: a novelty. Its slow speeds and high per-gigabyte cost (for a hard drive) make it a hard sell.
The Memorex Mega TravelDrives in 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB capacities house a 1-inch hard drive just like the 12GB version, but use a different case. Like the 12GB version, their cost-per-megabyte is very high when compared to slightly larger portable hard drives, making them an expensive proposition.
