"Fat32 limitations, MEMEO Autoback Up"
Pros: Easy to install. Nice shareware backup software. Tried Memeo that came with it and loved it. Easy to set-up and copies automatically so I don't have to worry about it. Also really like how it turns off automatically when PC is turned off.
Cons: FAT32 limits the file size being copied to the drive. For example, I kept on getting an error backing up a home video file that was over 4GB. Got destination full errors. Easy to fix. I just reformatted the drive to NTFS and it works great now!

"Lame documentation. Boot freezes."
Pros: Price.
Quiet despite what another reviewer said about it being a bit loud . Loud ? Really ?Cons: In all fairness, I have not really set up the hard drive yet for how I will use it . But I have used it enough to say the out-of-box documentation really is dumb and is horribly incomplete. It consists of one sheet with no text. Only visual cues.
