Cons Doesn't back up network drives. I don't know if it will back up a mapped drive or not. I plan to test that later.

Cons I cannot count them all. When I had my iMac repaired they plugged in the Seagate drive and found it to be under powered thus causing it to act very strangely and duplicate it's icon on my desktop over and over. Cons The 2TB SeaGate drive doesn't stay mounted on the Mac. It constantly disappears from desktop. Check user forums on SeaGate if you want to see how bad the problem is. Cons The drive developed bad sectors almost immediately and had to be completely reformatted within six months of very light use. Cons There is no power switch. The drive will spin when the computer is turned on.

Cons *Heats bit but obvious for HEAVY USAGE.
*Tall in height, so Better keep it flat to avoid tripping over.
