Cons This thing will change the name and extension of files when they are deep within the folder structure, which makes the backup files unusable.

Cons Memeo Instant Backup: have hundreds of thousands of files, including text files, images, videos, songs, word docs, spreasheets, etc.: if the directory/file name are 'too long' the backup software simply changes the extension to .ptl. Cons At only 2 months old, it started losing all data and was unrecognized as a formatted drive every time it powered down (even via Safely Eject Hardware).
