"Good Product, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE"
Pros: Fast Drive
Cons: Customer Service Practices
Summary: I do not disagree with the reviews that state this is a good product. However, I cannot recommend that anyone purchase from this company. Their rebate process is set up to deny any claim and they will take every opportunity to take advantage of their customer base. What a shame this is since they could easily be a market leader if they actually had a bit more corporate integrity. I will continue to tell all of my family and friends to avoid these clowns like the plague.
