Pros: NONE. You can buy a much better drive from any one of a number of reputable companies that stand behind their products
Cons: Simply try to contact the company and you have your major CON. You cannot contact anyone at VOX No one replies to email and no one answers the phone. Just try before you buy.

"Horrible idea to purchase this hard drive."
Pros: Its pretty easy, plug it in and go (this is the ONLY good thing I could find about this drive)
Cons: 1) (not just vox but all esata drives) you don't get advertised speed
2)The features they advertise don't work / are nonexistant
3) It heats up very fast
4) Mine randomly decided to die on me within first month
