  "Maybe the second one will work"

  Pros: 80 GB is sufficient for my needs

  Cons: First one crashed after I downloaded all my files to it

  Summary: I bought this because Comp USA was going out of business and had this marked down to $49.99. But 2 weeks after I bought it, it crashed.
  
  WD was good about replacing the drive, but the charge to recover my files was UNBELIEVABLE! So I start again from scratch.

  You write in your comments that it didnt work & you lost all your files, etc. yet still gave it a 7/10. Thats kind of counterproductive when we're trying to get everyone to realize how horrible a product this is.
