    "Total failure!!!"

    Pros: During the few weeks they worked? Or since I've lost all my photos and data from a 500 GB hard drive?

    Cons: Too many to speak of... the two (2) WD drives I've purchased have both failed. The WD Passport casing and the 500GB World Book. Each are not worth

    Summary: WD has a "BIG" name in HDD both internal and external, I willnever buy another WD product because the tech support was unhelpful and I had to purchase replacement drives.
