Good integration with Word. Creates pdfs with bookmarks.
No integration with Visio. Can't pdf with Visio layers.
Does not create pdfs with Word Tracked Changes from Nuance menu (with bookmarks as well).
Summary Install is a bit 'heavy' on the licencing and registering side.
Tech support slow to get to, security heavy, but helpful in the end. Security 'over heavy' for email incident replies (bounce if sent from different address).
Overall OK. Will be excellent when the Cons are fixed.
Pros Seems to contain all the features of Adobe Acrobat. Menus appear more intuitive.
Cons Shrinks microsoft excel spreadsheets and will print out non-highlited tabs when converting multiple documents. No setting to correct this. Other users noted this bug on user forums and no response. I called the company and they seem unconcerned.
