"A better second choice monitor." By GALiban
Pros: Lots of features for not a lot of money. Glossy frame looks nice.
Cons: No adjustment for height or angle on the stand. Extremely difficult to adjust for a proper picture. Characters are fuzzy and the refresh rate does not go above 30 Hz unless I reduce the desktop size to 1280 x 768. Controls are awkward.
Summary: Pay an extra hundred dollars and purchase a monitor that has better quality all around. This monitor forces you to make too many adjustments that a better quality monitor does not need. Both Vista and the ATI Radeon HD 4870 seem to stumble when trying to adjust the image. If ... Expand full review
"Too many negatives to offset the positives" By RickCain4150
Pros: Inexpensive. Basic black with narrow edges. Brightness is good, comes with a lot of inputs.
Cons: Picked this up for $219 on special, but found the quality to be lacking. Picture is fuzzy, and internal speakers blew out within a week.
Summary: A disappointment. While its stated resolution is 1680 x 1050 it fares poorly in resolution, and if you want to use it as a computer monitor it is inadequate. Internal speakers are tinny and weak, and they blew out under normal listening conditions.
