Good TV, lots of connections, mediocre manual, overseas support.
Pros: Lots of connections, dual tuners, good contrast ratio. Speakers are good
Cons: Manual is sparse on details and definitions. Customer support "on-line chat" is worthless, phone support suffers due to fact that American English does not appear to be agents' first language.
You may not know that the manual is less of a "manual" and more of a quick set-up guide. Whole sections of menus go unillustrated, and options are not explained in detail. But if you are an experienced LCD owner, most of the options make sense. Users with less experience will want to enlist the help of someone who IS experienced to be sure they get everything set-up correctly.
The help desk agents are overseas, which leads to frustrating conversations when you call for support, since they don't understand American slang or even the names of some things like "distribution amplifier". And if you do manage to get them to swap out your set, be ready to get a refurbished model in return. Maybe with a new set of problems already present.
I recommend buying the extended warranty, at least for a couple of years. But I have a feeling as these things get older, the exchange TVs will also get more shabby...
Overall, I do recommend the TV -- if you are or know some experienced, and especially if there's a Dell store in your area...

Great Deal!
Pros: price, features, inputs, style
Cons: Can't think of any
I looked at a lot of different sets before buying this one. While it may not be the "best" picture out there, it comes pretty darn close. The Masters looked amazing today! Even regular TV picture (TWC digital cable) is more than acceptable.
I'm glad I did not spend the extra $500 for equivalent Sony. For the price of the Sony, Dell supplies a three year waranty, swivel wall mount, upgraded component cables and surge protector/power strip. If you're looking for a 32" HDTV, give this one serious consideration.
I've had this TV for 2 months now and it has performed beautifuly. It has met every expectation. I've been waiting before hanging it on the wall to make sure everything was working properly. It's going on the wall this weekend.
