Cheap price. Large display area. Fairly easy to use.

Wall-mounting is a pain or just impossible.

Wall-mounting is a pain because (1) listed as VESA 600mm x 600mm, but no holes for screws in the two spots assigned. The manuals to seems to using the stand screws holes which are at the bottom of the TV. (2)depth is approx 4inches making mounting undesirable.
