"Very poor quality and service"
Pros: nothing good about theTV or service
Cons: Lasted 13 and 1/2 months/ no help from Best Buy
Summary: The set worked OK for 13 and 1/2 months and then went bad. It was a bedroom set so we figured the actual hourly usage was right around 300 hours. Best Buy would not budge and stuck with out of warranty. Had to pay $69.99 to have them look at it. Have been waiting about two weeks now to find out what is wrong and how much to fix it using the Geek Squad. Dynex and Best Buy are now on my list of Garbage product and service.
