"Don't even Think About it....."
Pros: NONE WHATSOEVER
Cons: Bought AOC 42" about two years ago...Now half of the screen has horizontal lines. Called them and... Must ship TV to Texas, Pay $300 for diagnosis and service, Plus whatever parts are needed to repair.

Pros: Cheap, Consumer level stripped HDTV w/Tuner, Nice Contrast!
Cons: no HDMI (DVI can convert via 5$ cable on ebay), less customization for an entry level model.
