Bought this TV for the Bedroom. Already own a 42" Samsung Plasma for the living room, and when my wife and I saw this TV, we had to 'check it out' at the store for picture quality. We were also intrested in the Samsung 32" for $1499.00 but it was double the price. When we compared the two units in the store, the Samsung had a slightly better crispness in the image, but only slightly. Certainly not $800 more worth. One HDMI input, TWO component hook ups, a computer VGA input, and a Digital COAX output. When I opened the box, I set it up beside the 42" Samsung Plasma, and hooked up the component feed from our HD Satellite feed. The picture comparison was sooooooo minimal in differences, that I was almost disapointed that Envsion (AOC) didn't make a 42" or larger! The blacks are great, I adjusted the contrast and brightness to my comfort level, and in the bedroom, with the lights off, it's like being at the movies! The black profile is great, and the silver speakers are hidden due to picture brightness (with the lights off). Sleek, light, and a pleasure to own. My wife loves that there is a sleep timer (Perferct for nodding off while watching TV...but minimizing the waste of electricity while sleeping) and I love the fact that it allows you to adjust the settings individually per hook up. (ie, the HD Sat gets contrast/brightness at one level, and the DVD player gets another, the computer a third, etc)
