"Poor quality, no customer service do not buy"
Pros: fairly low price for LCD hdtv
Cons: lousy remote, poor black pixelated picture poor sound quality
Summary: Purchase my XV32 begining of March 07, It was broken by end of March 07! I have been emailing and calling Hanspree in California on to be on perma-hold for up to 1 hour only to reach voice mail. NO Person from Hanspree has gotten back to me at all!
Please go buy another product. I purchased a Sharp lcd TV got a great price online and it has a fantastic picture, sound and quality.
