"Useless to me at the moment"
Pros: Looks good in a box in my living room
Cons: No stand = $5000 paperweight
Summary: Well the TV is cool looking. Unfortunately, Circuit City did not know it comes with no stand. I now have a $5000 box sitting in my living room. Hitachi doesn't seem to care and won't help me find a stand. Stay away from this product if you are not wall mounting.Updated
They were great with this. I'll report a more balanced review later in the week

As of 10 Feb 2006 CC in Eatontown, NJ has it posted that you either need a wall mount or a additonal stand. (not Hitachi)

Not only do you ruin the repuation and rating on this (what sounds amazing) TV, but you also put down Hitachi! I wouldn't help you find a stand either. You should have known before you bought the TV.

Don't bother to review a product unless you've used it. Your problem was with Circuit City not the quality of the product.
