CNET did not review the Hitachi UT42V702, but we did review a smaller model in a different series.
Although CNET did not review the 42-inch Hitachi UT42V702, we did review the 37-inch Hitachi UT37X902. Judging from their spec sheets, the two Hitachi flat-panel LCD monitors are identical but for screen size and different styling, so we expect the picture quality of the 37-inch model to provide a good indication of how the 42-incher will perform.
