"I'll never buy another HP product EVER"
Pros: Worked ok for 3 years then loud POP, picture went out
Cons: HP SUPPORT IS NONEXISTANT - the sent me an email service survey but did not bother to help with the problem. Have since met dozens of people in EXACTLY the same situation.
