"Great tv!!"
Pros: Gorgeous color and blacks. User friendly controls. Lots of inputs and good sound.
Cons: Pic in Pic can't tune 2 tv stations, User's manual vague for someone new to HDTV.
Summary: We did exhaustive online searches of all the highs and lows of projection tvs (DLP, LCD, CRTV), flat panel LCDs, and plasmas. We finally decided that the 'burn in' issue was an okay risk vs the rapidly burning out projection bulbs we'd been reading about.
We chose this tv in the end when the salesman told us it had the identical panel to the equivalent Panasonics (but a different chip and a few more bells and whistles), and because he cut us a very good deal at $2850.
The color, resolution, and sound is excellent. DVDs look spectacular. We brought it home and set it up ourselves without any problems. We are thrilled with it and would recommend it to anyone.
