Summary: Just got this Plasma this week! Looks great. Set up was very easy and the color, brightness etc look awesome. Picture is very good. Still getting to know the set more and more each day. I have it set on 1/2 contrast, brightness etc and warm color setting on the vivid option and it looks great. TV looks very sleak and modern with the piano black front. Remote is very easy to work with. Will keep everyone updated every month or so on how it continues to do. But so far so good. I am very happy with my purhase!

Summary: I bought this TV three months ago and couldn't be happier with my purchase. When comparing the picture quality in Best Buy, it was on the same level as Samsung and LG, but at a cheaper price. There are plenty of connections. I have had absolutely no problems so far. Would highly recommend this TV or other HP TV's to anyone. Seems like they have a solid line of HDTVs at a relatively cheap price.

Summary: Open the box and was ready to watch some great TV being I had read these "Supposely satisfied customers reviews on here which now I think are just HP workers posing as real customers to conteract the guy who said it was terrrible in his ratings" reviews before hand. The color was like watching my great grand mother old floor model TV from the 70's. It was horrible and I was so upset because not even the technician at HP could tell me why I got this problem I will have to agree with the guy who called it terrible. This isn't a good product. Now I am stuck with a $1500.00 mistake.

Cons: Refresh Rates on all plasmas suck right now
Summary: Hands down I will tell you everything I know about this T.V. from purchasing it. First off since this plasma has a border around the screen before the actual frame of the T.V. it makes the T.V. look as if its a 45 inch plasma instead of a 42...great for the price.. Second I have my computer hooked into it right now and it works perfectly as a computer monitor with a V.G.A. cable and doesn't look half bad in S-video for video playback. I have my 360 elite hooked up to it and it plays 1080p only if you connect the HDMI. I think it down converts the signal though, but looks great. The resolution on the screen only goes up to 1024 x 768, which is why I gave it a 9 instead of a ten... and all plasmas including the most expensive have horrible refresh rates causing the picture to look blurry if your to close and if the pictures on the screen move to fast. The virtual surround sounds fine, but isn't superior..but the T.V. doesn't run to hot at all...relatively cool actually. The colors are vibrant and any person who has come over to my house is in love with this H.P. the piano black looks amazing next to a elite and on a black t.v. stand. Hands down one of the greatest purchase I've made for the price and I got a free surround sound system with it from best buy (SONY). Has more than enough inputs and compared to all the T.V.s I researched this plasma competes with everything under 1080p hands down! It even competes with 1080p and I can't wait for Halo III!!!!
