    "Horrible Service, Horrible TV!"

    Pros: Worked well when worked...

    Cons: Quits working within a year...

    Summary: I bought this Insignia TV (Insignia is owned and operated by BestBuy) in January 2006. At the beginning of October 2006 the TV Quit working. It would not turn on (accept occasionally) with most days being an "off" day.

    I have tried to get the TV replaced but Best Buy is having an attitude even though replacement parts (that may or may not fix the problem) are on back order until atleast the end of November.

    I recommend to people to research BestBuy and NOT buy from them or expect any warranty (extended or not) to be handled professional and quickly.
