Pros: The TV is too heavy to throw any sort of impressive distance.
Cons: The TV died 2 months out of warranty. BestBuy and Insignia support were absolutely useless. This was my first flat screen lcd purchase and am very disappointed by my experience. From what I have read elsewhere, this is a very common experience.

"Like others, I'm a victim of a lousy product."
Pros: it was nice while it worked.
Cons: Like so many others I've read about online, I am now experiencing an increasing frequency of the screen going black with the sound still on. Just over one year in and it's more landfill poison. Disgust is the only feeling I can describe.

"I enjoyed my time with Insignia..."
Pros: Solid. All the necessary connections. Great picture. Decent response time.
Cons: Plastic screen(all LCDs). If you have a bad kitty, mount on wall. Tv died when I zapped it via static shock. Fried the control panel. Easy return since its Best Buys store brand. Better than mailing it to a big name company.
