Pros: Brilliant Image and Colors, 2 HDMI connections, up front speakers, coax connection perfectly angled for easy connection AFTER TV is mounted.
Cons: If I had to say there was a con it would be that there is no PIP. But who actualy uses that feature , which is probably why they didn't add it.

"Do not buy this TV or shop at stores selling it."
Pros: At the time the price and decent picture for the first few months.
Cons: No close captioning on HDMI or composit input. Speakers rattle and getting worse, burn in of black bars on each end of screen, so on full screen pictures you still see them faintly.

Pros: Being an OEM model, I was kinda skeptical back in January.
Maybe I should've bought the 47"?Cons: Only one hiccup so far. The TV seemed to 'freeze up' with nothing onscreen. I left it off for awhile and unplugged it as well. Thought it was HD receiver at first. No problems since, been over 4 weeks. I believe it's a random thing, we'll see.
