Set up is simple. You can be up and watching quickly. I have only a cable connection and nothing else. With this set up, the picture is quite good but not outstanding. When it went through the channel search, it found all my local channels and about 20 music channels. The amazing thing is that all my local channels are being broadcast in 1080i. WOW, now that is a picture. You can see the difference between the local cable channels and the digital ones being sent in 1080i. I cant wait for the conversion in February. I hope all my channels will be this good. I watched the BCS National championship game last night and what a picture for all you sports fans.
The amazing thing is that I found this TV at samsclub for 548.00. It was model #LT-32EM49 which is the same as the above model that is selling for a lot more. I emailed JVC to verify any differences but was told they are the same. One is for store specific. The manual that came with mine had both model numbers on them.
I would reccomend this to anyone looking to stay under 600.00 for a 32" TV.
