CNET Editors' Take

CNET did not review the LG 26LG30, but we did review a larger model in the series.

Review: Although CNET did not review the 26-inch LG 26LG30, we did review the 32-inch LG 32LG30. Judging from their spec sheets, the two LG LCD HDTVs are essentially identical but for screen size, so we expect the review of the 32-incher to give a good indication of how the 26-inch model will perform. For more information, refer to the full review of the LG 32LG30.

"Not that great" By dgls44

Pros: Great for the bedroom

Cons: I have to use an attached tuner to make the TV experience more enjoyable when pulling signal over air

Summary: I noticed a problem with this unit. when I am using the over air feature to receive my TV signal, the audio is out of sync with the picture on several channels. I have to attach another tuner to make this problem go away.

"Don't buy this!" By rlowma1

Pros: ahh... It looked impressive when it wasn't turned on, When it was working it was easy to use, the sound worked fine.

Cons: This tv broke 3 times in a year in a half. I would go to turn it on and it just wouldn't turn on. Everytime LG fixed it, it would break again. The picture was also fuzzy, and I had a time trying to adjust it.

Summary: You would think they could sell me a tv that would work for more than a year and a half. It broke after about 6 months and after I had LG fix it, it stopped working after 2 weeks. They didn't seem to care that fixing the tv was ... Expand full review
