"Cnet was right. excellent tv with ample connectivity."
Pros: hdtv and dvd's look fantastic
Cons: analog cable looks bad in comparison. some banding and pixelization even in HD
Summary: It hangs on the wall and the picture is very sharp and though PBS is the only station i get that has lots of HD - the emerald hills and old castles of ireland look superb. Havent gotten guide working yet..Cant wait for discovery and ESPN HD.
Lost and 24 will look better than ever in the fall!

After much shopping around I decided upon the 32LX1D from Circuit City. Good price for the features. The only problem I have is that the unit's fan stays on always. From the moment I plugged it in it makes a purring noise which is unacceptable since it is to be installed in a quiet bedroom. I'm looking into it with Circuit City and LG but have no resolution at this time. Happy with it other than the hum 24/7.
