"LG 37LB1DA I own this model which was discontinued."
Pros: It worked for two weeks and had a nice picture.
Cons: It worked for two weeks
Summary: I purchased this TV for a second home in early october. I used it for two weeks and then closed up the house for the season. When I returned in April and upgraded the cable service all that we could get out of the audio inputs was static. Eventually there was no sound at all. The digital board was replaced twice and the analog board once but it did not rectify the problem. This process took six weeks and LG finally agreed to replace the unit however they no longer made this model so... The battle with the retailer began. They did not want to replace it with a comparable model but a lower end model. LG insists that they approved a comparable model but the retailer insists that they will lose money if they replace it with the model that LG is suggesting. I don't know who to believe and now I'm left with taking a replacement model that is a low end version of the TV I purchased.
I have not been impressed by the customer support I received from my retailer or LG.
For this reason I would not recommend LG, unless this is the standard treatment that all manufacturers provide the customer.
