"HORRIBLY CUSTOMER SUPPORT!"
Pros: None. Took it back!
Cons: Purchased this TV with a higher end surround sound (LG) yesterday from Best Buy. The stand was missing! I figured simple fix. The customer service was TERRIBLE! They actually wanted me to BUY another one! Returned both items today.
Summary: I wouldn't do business with a company like this. I opted for a Sony instead. VERY happy with the quality and price! And I got ALL of the parts in the box. It's amazing because I asked the rep on the phone if I should return it or if they wanted to send me the stand. He actually told me to RETURN IT! So I did! Big hassle as I live out in the country about 40 miles from Best Buy. Eh. It's worth it! I called back and spoke to a supervisor. Same story. I asked him if a stand was really worth having a customer blabbing all over the internet about how terrible the customer service is. He said that's fine! HA! OOOOOKKK! If you insist!
