"The sound quality is horrible."
Pros: picture good but the sound is horrible, so whats the point.
Cons: I was told by the technician that this is a design flaw, a manufacturers defect, and a known problem with the sound on the 42pg20 TV .
Summary: I was told by the technician that this problem with the sound is a design flaw, a manufacturers defect, and a known problem with the 42pg20 TV and I was informed by the Lg customer service I basically have to live with it and there is nothing they will do to fix this problem. So now I'm stuck with this TV and Life isn't good with Lg and they really don't care about customer satisfaction. I will never buy any LG products again and I will make sure I share my experience with others.
