"Poor workmanship and even worse customer service destroy good concept."
Pros: Nice features set, smartly designed interface, easy to navigate and use
Cons: LG Customer service, a few dvr features overlooked.
Summary: LG shipped a lemon. I'm fine with that thinks happen. Unfortunately they are totaly unwilling to correct the problems. Two boards have been replaced to fix the cablecard (not much point in having the dvr if you can't use the channels) 6+ months. They lied and delayed, telling me it was the cable company's fault. We I have the same cablecard...hmmm. So I get to eat the 6 months of paying for the cable company's dvr. LG's reponse, LG doesn't respond.
Green artificats have started appearing one repair and still a problem.
LG is the worst customer serivce experience I have ever had.
I will never buy an LG product again.
