720p looks almost identical to 1080p
pretty decent speaker/soundCons: heavy, not fun moving it by yourself lol
Summary: Just so everyone knows, i dont have HD cable and i use HDMI cables for DVDs and GAMING.
1st off, video games look great. I had a 32" 1080p tv with all the same equipment (dvd player, 360, surround sound, ect) and this tv looks far better, and for a 720p TV thats NOT normal.
720p is not supposed to look as good as 1080p but this tv was side by side to the LGs same model but the 1080p version and trust me, unless you have eagle eyes, you cant tell the difference. With blu ray you CAN almost tell the difference, but seriously, for the money, this is the best TV out there. Hands down.
DVDs look great, sound is pretty good. sounds great with surround sound hooked up.
Im sure HD TV looks good, i wouldnt know cause i dont have an HD cable box.
Saw it in the store with blu ray hooked up, looks like every other 1080p tv with blu ray. if your a super picky person it obviously doesnt look as good, but to a normal working class person, its great.
I definately reccomend this tv to anyone because it looks great and the price is great. Got it for $899 at brandsmart in WPB florida.
