"CNET must have got the only bad LG 55LM6700 ever made."
5.0 starson by Kabel717Pros: Picture Quality, Style, Edge to Edge Screen, LED Back lighting, Light Weight and Extremely Thin and Price!
Cons: Personally I don't like the remote, but everyone else in my family loves it. The picture quality is too good. Watching 1080p, 1080i, 720p, 720i you notice every little thing. 3D is a little dark, but heck that is passive 3D for you.
Summary: For the money you just can not beat it, especially for a 3D set. At first we thought about for going 3D, because it was just to expensive and we noticed that places like Costco had lots of other sets in the same range with slightly larger screens, ie. 60" or they had 240Hz refresh. But when we started comparing the actual picture quality there just wasn't any other choice, but to go with this set. So, I am left wondering what the heck CNET is talking about. We even compared this set to CNET's Editor Choice Winner the Panasonic PVT50 and Sharp's X5FD and every set in between and only the Sharp had a better picture and it was almost $3,000.00 more. I am truly perplexed as to CNET's review and can only think that their picture source was bad or they reviewed a bad unit. The bottom line is, this TV rocks!
