Bottom line	The expensive LG 55LW9800's picture quality doesn't live up to the promise of its full-array local dimming LED backlight.	While it's got supermodel looks and pricing to match, the LG LM9600 is unfortunately only an amateur performer.	The midlevel price and outstanding quality of the Panasonic TC-PST60 series make it our strongest TV recommendation ever.	One of the best-performing LED-based LCDs we've ever tested, the expensive local-dimming Sony XBR-HX929 competes well with the top plasmas.	The overpriced Sharp Elite LED-based LCD produces the second-best overall picture quality of any TV we've reviewed since 2008.
