"It was $500"
Pros: Great HD Quality
Cons: No HDMI Iputs
Summary: I purchased my HDTV late last year. This TV was supposed to hold me over until I actually move out of my current place. The price was right and it seemed pretty good. First off, when I hooked this TV up to my high definition Cable Box, the Quality immediately told me that I made the right choice. The color quality is great, games look great, ESPN looks amazing. To tell you the truth, my friend has a Sony Bravia 48" tv, and ESPN looks better on my TV. Both the resolutions are set to 1080i. I would recommend this TV for someone who needs a TV NOW and CHEAP. Otherwise go with Samsung or LG. For the money and quality, this TV is definitely worth it. Inputs include Component (2), RCA (2), RGB (1), DVI (1), Subwoofer Output (1), Power button on back and a full array of buttons on front which control On/Off, Inputs and menu options. The MAL things about this TV are, slow input switching, poor design (huge speakers on the sides which make a 26" TV 31" wide. (I had to purchase a new stand instead for it) The quality of the speakers is appalling to say the least, they sound hollow and empty (I would suggest using the audio output and send any audio coming in to an external source (receiver). Again this TV was $500 so expect it to behave like a $500 dollar TV. Worth the buy if you need a cheap HDTV LCD, but save up if you are looking for an entertainment centerpiece TV replacement.
