Horrible customer service! Worst ever.
Complete waste of money.Summary: I am on my 2nd Mitsubishi LT-46. First one the panel got 2 vertical lines. After waiting a month for a new panel, every thing was great for about 2 weeks. Yup, 2 more vertical lines. After battleing with Mitsu Customer NON-service for a month they agreed to allow me to get a new TV from the store where I bought this one. They even extended my waranty for a year. One year and 2 days later...LINES! We lived with the lines for about a month and now half the screen is snowy in HD. These TV's stink. They are horrible. I will never buy anything from Mitsubishi for as long as I live. Go look at another brand. PLEASE!
