    "Very limited support"

    Pros: Great picture for the price

    Cons: No support for Dish remote - and they don't care

    Summary: The second least helpful customer service experience I have had - ironically because they don't include remote codes (nor are they available anywhere) for Dish Network (the absolutely least helpful customer service). It is too bad they decided to not pay attention to the customer in such an obvious place.
