"CHEAP CHEAP CHEP AND I DON'T MEAN QUALITY"
Pros: HDTV Support, Pip, Great Stereo Sound, Screen Dimmer, Price
Cons: No 1080P support(what do you expect though), and the little blue night light that you cant turn off
Summary: This set is really superb and stands above the rest. I dont say this beacause it has the best looking picture out of all lcd's or because it has the best sounding speaker's of all lcd's. But To trash this television just because it's not top notch is wrong. Let's face it,it is what it is, it is a bottom dollar TV that rivals most top dollar sets out there now. Maybe the customer service could use a touch up...I don't know because i bought mine new and it has been exellent. As for Refurbs they are a pain in the a** for any company even Sony When i bought a refurbed psp truly a *nightmare*.
