    "Great resolution and sound!"

Pros: Bring your wholenpaycheck this one's expensive.

    Cons: Not enough HDTV channels

Summary: We just brought back our Panasonic 32LX60 from Best buy last night. We bought a HDMI cable to hook up to our "HDTV DVR Comcast cable box" but it didn't work. We needed a DVI to HDMI cable-basically the picture quality is altered by whatever cable you use-digital vs component vs DVI vs HDMI.Try to get the HDMI-it gives the best quality picture. So back we went. The cable was 55.00. The tv was 1349.00. And we did get the warranty for 159.00.
I am out of money now but ready to get the TV hooked up!First impression I was a little let down. Then we started messing with settings and functions and now have a beautiful screen. It's hard to handle the strange distortion of the screen when going from an HDTV channel to a regular channel. Overall the quality is exceptional. Don't get me wrong if it wasn't for a space issue at 34 inches total I would have went with a Samsung that was 37in. The Samsung really did have the best picture quality at Best Buy and was 100.00 more. So far we are pleased with our purchase and love the look of TV in our living room. The base can also be taken off and the TV can be mounted on the wall.
The best part about this tv is the sound quality. Exceptional for the size.Good bass and great while watching movies.

I just picked up this TV and am not 100% on the picture. What are the picture settings that you wound up with after tinkering?

    Thanks.

My wife and I are in the market for a flat-panel TV and we have been doing our homework because we are replacing our 27" TV for a HDTV model and learning a lot from other buyers. We are trying to decide on the Westinghouse 32" flat LCD and other models and we are now looking at the Panasonic TC-32LX60 because it has a sharper contrast ratio than the Westinghouse at 1000:1
    Thanks for the input.
