Pros: It was cheap, do yourself a favor and spend a little more.
Cons: Broken TV is worthless, only 6 mths old. Customer service is worthless!!! Does not care about customers.
Summary: Bought new at Wal-Mart only 6 mths ago, just stopped working will not do anything, according to their repair person this is an ongoing problem with this TV. Have been trying to get the part for 3 weeks to fix, they keep saying on back order, I'll bet they have the part to put in new TVs. Customer service says something different every time you call and then say they told you something different the last time you called. They do not care about the customer at all. I will never buy another Panasonic product again. I have never had a new product break after only 6 mths. Now we are squinting watching the small tv from our bedroom with no end in sight. If a manufacturer can not repair a product within a reasonable time frame (3 weeks) there should be a full refund, I pray for a full refund so that I can put a little more money with it and get a quality product. GEEZZZ.
