Cons: Dead TV...nuf said...
Summary: After less than a year, the TV died and Panasonic had to order parts. After a week, they say the parts are on backorder and it will be another three weeks. I bet they can continue to sell the TV! They just can't seem to figure out a way to support those that have already purchased this highly rated TV. The lack of customer service is sad and quite disappointing. If I had it to do over again, I'd get a Samsung. Advice...steer clear.
