My 65" VT25 died within a couple of hours. Disappointing yes! No new sets were available form Best Buy. Their technician was out the same day, parts were shipped from Panasonic and installed the following day. Total down time 26 hours. Digital products can fail and everyone that gets a failure finds it frustrating including me. I found my service experience to be top notch and the set is really amazing.
