Quick Take: The Panasonic TH-PH9UK consists of three plasma monitors: the 50-inch TH-50PH9UK, the 42-inch TH-42PH9UK, and the 37-inch TH-37PH9UK. Of the three, we have reviewed only the 50-inch version so far, although we expect them all to perform about the same. In terms of features, every model in the Panasonic TH-PH9UK series is virtually identical, with a jack pack highlighted by a VGA-style PC input, one component video input, and an A/V input with S-Video. Because these models are part of Panasonic's professional line, more connectivity can be added by purchasing additional connectivity cards. The downside to the professional models is that they lack extras commonly found on consumer models, such as speakers and a built-in HDTV tuner.
