"Picture is good, but TV has an annoying hum." on by duck457
Pros: Good picture for what I paid. Easy set Up.
Cons: Has annoying hum that slightly fades the longer the TV has been on.
Summary: This TV was a good value for the price, but trying to get it fixed has been a pain.I had had the TV for about a week before the hum started. I bought it American TV and their service tech was terrible. They do not stand behind the products they sell. Stay away from American. I am now trying to deal directly with Panasonic in getting it fixed.

"A Great TV with a superior picture" on by K.C.
Pros: Picture has a much more natural look to it without the overblown color typical of Samsung and many others . The controls are simple, effective and allow you to fine tune it to your tastes. DVI to HDMI works great with my Mac mini. Plenty of Inputs.
Cons: None really.
Summary: With this set Panasonic offers an LCD that looks as close to their Plasma as I've ever seen. Blacks are very good and the adjustable backlight give you the option to use in very bright rooms. The controls are effective and easy to use, as is the remote control. The cabinet design is elegant. Pretty hard to beat all around, particularly for the price point.

"I tried them all" on by indy_yankee
Pros: Compared to other 26 - 32 inch lcd, this was the best picture outside of the store. I tried Samsung, Vizio Plasma, Vizio LCD and I was delighted to see the clarity on normal TV. I just I am the pickiest person I know and every little thing bothers m
Cons: It is bigger than I thought...no swivel stand but this is not an issue
Summary: Definitely worth a try and I would bet that you will be amazed about how good this tv is and it will be better than most of the tv's you ahve seen. The real test is at home not in the store.

"DO NOT BUY PANASONIC LCD TV" on by ar18
Pros: Initially I thought it is a good product
Cons: Extremely bad quality. did not worked after 18 Months. LCD Panel stopped working.
Summary: Do not buy Panasonic LCD. They are selling defective products in the market. My Panasonic LCD (viera) panel stopped working after 18 months. They will not replace it, since it is beyond the one
year warranty. It was supposed to work for 60000 hrs as company claim. But It hardly runs for 2000 hrs for me.
Most funniest thing that they asked me 55K for repairing it and then came down to 32K. Really pathetic.
Never buy any Panasonic product ever. Their Service is poor, difficult to get the reply even from them. I am going to file a consumer court complaint.
Even my suggestion, think twice if you really want to buy any LCD or PLASMA, as almost all of the companies gives only 1 year warranty.
If you will be lucky you will enjoy your LCD or will be ending up filing a complaint in Consumer court -
"Beautiful picture, great price, wish it had more inputs" on by digitalnuke
Pros: Great color, easy controls, good sound, sturdy base, good looks. The family loves it, and it fits right in with any decor since it's not too flashy or too flimsy.
Cons: It's only got the one component input and no PC input. The sound can be a little bit shrill.
Summary: I'm a pretty picky guy, and I've been waiting and waiting for a decent LCD panel to drop into my budget range. I jumped on the offer from Amazon last month and I'm happy I did.
When I was waiting to receive this TV, I started having second thoughts, mostly since I realized that it only has one component input, and I have two component devices (Xbox 360 and DVD player). I thought about sending it back and opting for the Samsung that was $100 more. I even went so far as to inquire of the seller if I could return it, and they sent me an RMA and everything. When I got the TV, I decided to at least try it out, and I'm glad I did!
The picture is great, the sound is decent, it's nice and bright when we want it to be, but it's got great blacks when it's movie time. I don't miss the second component input after all, I just play my DVDs through the Xbox instead. And with 3 HDMI inputs, I'm set for the foreseeable future.
