Panasonic Viera TC-P50G25

Pros: Great Sound
Screen Not Reflective
Great Picture

Cons: Styling could be better but it still looks good.

Summary: I thought the 50 was too big for my room so I wanted the best 46 screen size out there. I bought this model on-line because Best Buy only sells the lower end Panasonics at the 46 and 42 levels. I have a 32 LCD too and there is no way I would buy another LCD. This plasma is so easy on our eyes with no bright spots like LCD models. It doesn't have the reflective issue of the 2009 model. Reflectivity on the screen is a non-issue. Abolutely not even the faintess of a buzz. Sound is excellent but probably because it is not as flat as the others. I thought I would have to buy external speakers but it is a non-issue with this set. I'll take the extra thickness for good sound any day. HD is excelllent and SD is as good as to be expected for being SD. We watch both. I would have liked to have compared to the Samsung Plasma but did not want the 50 screen. Thought the screens on the 2009 Samsung's model were better than the 2010 models. Get the G25 over the S2 in the Panasonic.

We watch it in Standard Mode and have not changed one setting. This is how good the color and picture is on this model.
